Tanker into UST (Underground Storage Tank) through Fill Point. Tanker hose is connected to the Fill Point through threaded connection.

During decantation, mismatching of this threaded connection is very common and significant quantity of product is spilled creating an unsafe operating condition. The surrounding area including the soil gets polluted.

Fill Point is extremely vulnerable from the perspective of possible pilferage and contamination as this point is not under secured locking system.
